 United States Postal Service; Created a team  between  management and union that worked  for the first time in over three years. They  continue to work and talk with one another.

 Univ. of New Mexico, Police Dept.; taught  communications skills that assisted in  deescalating public events with 28 officers and  4,000 people. This reduced the  number of  arrests to seven as opposed to one hundred or  more for a large rock music event.
